‎❤️ 7 THINGS YOU OUGHT TO GIVE YOUR SPOUSE FREELY EVERY SINGLE DAY.

‎Dear Christian couples, the truth is this:

‎Many couples are willing to give expensive gifts occasionally, but they neglect the simple things their spouses need daily.

‎A healthy marriage is not only built on big anniversaries and it is built on small daily investments of love, affection and selflessness.

‎So here are the seven gifts I strive to give my spouse on daily basis. (So help me Jesus).

‎1. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE PEACE OF MIND

‎After a long day at work, business, ministry, or parenting, everybody wants to return to a place of rest.

‎Your home should be that place.

‎Not a battlefield.

‎Not a courtroom.

‎Not a war zone.

‎Stop unnecessary insults.

‎Stop constant criticism.

‎Stop bringing up old issues every day.

‎Let your spouse find comfort in your presence.

‎One of the greatest gifts you can give your spouse is emotional peace.

‎2. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE A CALL OR MESSAGE

‎Never get too busy for the person you claim to love.

‎A simple:

‎"How is your day going?"

‎"Have you eaten?"

‎"I'm thinking about you."

‎Can brighten your spouse's entire day.

‎Many people spend hours chatting with friends and scrolling social media but barely communicate with their spouse.

‎Don't let that happen.

‎Small messages build strong connections.

‎3. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE A SMILE 😄

‎This one is completely free. et many couples hardly do it.

‎A smile communicates warmth.

‎Acceptance.

‎Friendship.

‎Affection.

‎A smiling marriage is usually a healthier marriage.

‎When couples stop smiling at each other, emotional distance often follows.

‎So smile more.

‎Your marriage will become sweeter because of it.

‎4. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE A NON-SEXUAL TOUCH

‎Human beings are designed for connection.

‎A gentle touch can communicate:

‎"I love you."

‎"I appreciate you."

‎"I'm sorry."

‎"I believe in you."

‎A touch on the shoulder.

‎Holding hands.

‎A warm embrace.

‎A reassuring pat.

‎These little gestures strengthen emotional bonds.

‎If you want more connection in your marriage, become intentional about touch.

‎5. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE A HUG

‎Never underestimate the power of a hug.

‎A hug can communicate what words sometimes cannot.

‎It says:

‎"You are safe."

‎"You are loved."

‎"You are important to me."

‎Many people are starved of affection in their marriages.

‎Don't allow your spouse to become emotionally hungry while living under the same roof with you.

‎Hug your spouse often.

‎Hug sincerely.

‎Hug warmly.

‎6. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE SOME SPACE

‎Yes, closeness is important.

‎But so is personal space.

‎A healthy marriage balances togetherness and individuality.

‎Your spouse needs time to think.

‎Pray.

‎Rest.

‎Reflect.

‎Pursue personal goals.

‎Stop excessive monitoring.

‎Stop unnecessary suspicion.

‎Love does not suffocate.

‎Love allows room for healthy growth.

‎7. ✅GIVE YOUR SPOUSE YOUR PRAYER

‎This may be the most powerful gift of all.

‎There are battles your spouse may never tell you about.

‎There are struggles you cannot solve.

‎There are dangers you cannot see.

‎But God sees them all.

‎Pray for your spouse daily.

‎Mention their name before God.

‎Pray for their health.

‎Their purpose.

‎Their protection.

‎Their peace.

‎Their spiritual growth.

‎A husband who prays for his wife is a blessing.

‎A wife who prays for her husband is a treasure.

‎Couples who pray for each other build a spiritual shield around their marriage.

‎❤️ MY FINAL THOUGHT

‎Dear husband and wife,

‎The strongest marriages are often built on simple daily habits:

‎Peace.

‎Communication.

‎Smiles.

‎Touch.

‎Hugs.

‎Space.

‎And prayer.

‎These things cost little or nothing.

‎But they can transform a marriage completely.

‎Remember:

‎What you consistently give your spouse today is often what you will enjoy tomorrow.

‎Invest daily in your marriage. The rewards are priceless.

‎If this message blessed you, kindly share it. Someone may need this marriage wisdom.

‎Our marriages will not fail in Jesus' name.

Domestic Violence and "The Christian Marriage"... A topic that needs to be address seriously

Dear Godly Spouse...

‎Draw your two ears 👂👂

‎Hear me and hear me well!

God is not glorified in an abusive marriage because the relationship between the husband and wife is far from what He commands.

‎It is okay to pray for your marriage.

‎It is okay to pray for your spouse.

‎In fact, Jesus taught us to pray even for those who mistreat us. Prayer is never wasted and is a must.

‎But please hear me carefully:

‎Prayer should never replace wisdom. The Bible says that WISDOM IS PROFITABLE TO DIRECT!

‎If you are being abused in your marriage, wisdom calls for securing your safety first before rehabilitation, repentance or even commitment.

‎You do not have to remain in the same house with the abuser, the same environment, or within the same proximity as your abuser while hoping things will change.

‎Seek safety first.

‎Separation for your safety is not the same as giving up on your marriage. It is wisely securing your safety by creating the space needed to protect life while leaving room for repentance, accountability, and genuine change.

‎Your life matters. Your health and Mind matters too.

‎Your children, if you have any, matter too.

‎You can continue praying for your spouse from a place of safety.

‎You can trust God without placing yourself in unnecessary danger.

‎Remember, the prayers you're praying are prayers you want to be alive to see answered.

‎So don't ignore wisdom. Protect your life first, before seeking help if you still need to.
